The above comment (from someone not fit to be a ward heeler) aptly illustrates why the nation is in its sad condition...

Free ballot access exists in the First State for those who have the courage and integrity to run for office on an alternative ticket.

Unfortunately, there is a shortage of political talent as the current composition of Congress and state legislatures attests.
