| well, training rolls on, whether im ready or not...mainly the same schedule as before but now i have 2 add bench press, bicep curls, chest flys, lateral raises, shoulder presses, arm rows, hip rolls, normal crunches, bridging crunches, knee pumps, knee tucks, supermans, and a morning mile and an evening mile... some people just dont understand how hard this shit really is... anyone who says this is pussy, feel free 2 join me in my daily workouts... reality checks are free, but if u quit or throw up u pay me...
