House Bill 245 (Delware 145th General ASSembly) will raise the number of registered voters from 1/20 of 1 % to 1/10 of 1%. if this legislation is enacted,     3 out 7 of Delaware's minority parties will lose ballot status, while two more will have an insufficient safety margin against normal etrition.

In ecological terms:

3 minority parties are on the endangered species list.

2 minority parties are on the threatened species list.

In my current political capacity, I am researching the bill in relation to the existing 15 Del.C. (Elections Code) and am proposing amendments.

I invite other concerned Delawareans to do the same.

It's obvious that the Ds and R's can't stand the competition, especially when it invoves Independent thought not controlled by lobbyists and special interest groups. They need the Independent Voters more than WE need them...
