Political speculation is running rampant in Delaware in the wake of Attorney General, Beau Biden's announcement that he will not run for the US Senate seat previously held by his father, Vice President,  Joe Biden; coupled with grass roots Republican criticism of GOP candidate apparent, Congressman Mike Castle.

This afternoon's local talk radio crackled with names of possible candidates. There is an emerging Independent trend with a significant number of callers stating the need for an Independent candidate for US Representative. The political calculus has changed overnight.
